Application Field
For ceramic slurries
Key Feature
Acts as a temporary binder and molding agent for ceramic slurries, improving press-forming performance and increasing the flexural strength after drying.
Compatible with slurries under normal conditions; to be added to the slurry prior to spray drying.
Usage Method
Add during the slurry mixing process and before spray drying.
Recommended Dosage
Addition amount (as purchased), based on dry powder: 0.5-4.0%
Storage Stability
Seal tightly and store in a dark and dry place. Protect from frost and excessive heat. When stored under proper conditions (2–30℃) in the original unopened packaging, the product has a shelf life of 12 months. Products beyond the shelf life may still be used if passing re-inspection. Ensure the container is tightly resealed immediately after each use until it is completely empty.
