Application Field
Dispersion of nano zirconia slurries in solvent-based and UV systems
Key Feature
Provides steric hindrance effect; adding it to the slurry can significantly reduce the viscosity of inorganic nano powder slurries and improve slurry fluidity.
Reduces undesirable phenomena such as slurry sedimentation and flocculation, and enhances the storage stability of slurries.
Usage Method
Dissolve the dispersant in a solvent, add the resulting solution to the formula solvent and stir evenly, then add the powder for co-grinding.
Recommended Dosage
Addition amount (as purchased), based on inorganic nano powder materials: 1-10%
Storage Stability
Seal tightly and store in a dark place. The shelf life is 24 months in the original unopened packaging. Products beyond the shelf life may be used continuously upon passing inspection. Reseal the container immediately after each use until it is completely empty.
If the product is stored below 25℃ for a long time, stratification or turbidity may occur. Its performance will not be affected and the product can be restored to normal by heating and stirring.
