Application area
Used for water-based systems such as alumina, zirconia, barium titanate and other nanomaterials. Dispersion and reduction viscosity of nanomaterials such as alumina in water-based systems during the crushing and ceramic pulping stages of production preparation;Dispersion and viscosity reduction of graphene oxide filter cake slurry for water-based thermal conductive films.

Usage method
Add XOANONS®LD 1232-50W to the water, stir evenly, and then add according to the formula to disperse together.
Suggested dosage
Add amount (purchase form) to ceramic powder:2-10%
Add amount (purchase form) for graphene oxide: 40-100%
(Due to different types of powders, the amount of dispersant added needs to be determined through multiple experiments.)
Storage stability
Seal and store away from light. Unopened in the original package for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not fully used and unprecedented, and must be closed immediately after use.
