Application area
Dispersion and viscosity reduction of nano inorganic powders such as alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, barium titanate, nickel powder, etc. in water-based and solvent based systems
Key property
Provide spatial hindrance effect and increase the solid content of the slurry;
Reduce adverse phenomena such as sedimentation and flocculation of the slurry;
The storage stability of the slurry is good.
Incorporation
Add LD 1132-50 to the solvent, stir evenly, and then add the powder according to the formula to disperse and grind together.
Suggested addition
Addition amount (purchase form) for inorganic powder: 2-10%
(Due to different types of powders, the optimal amount of dispersant to be added needs to be determined through multiple experiments.)
Storage stability
Seal and store away from light. Unopened in the original package for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not fully used and unprecedented, and must be closed immediately after use.
