Properties
● Excellet viscosity-reduction for the base coating/paint containing carbon black, bentonite, matting powder, light calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, mica powder, tianium white, French white. Reduce the usage of diluent, meet the qualification of VOC emission.
● Good wetting and dispersing for pigments. Strenthen the color for organic pigments. Better ability of reducing viscosity when dispersing bentonite and matting powder.
● Prevent floating and flooding for varied pigments.
Incorporation
Should be incorporated to the mill base before pigments adding.
Suggest addition
Inorganic pigment 1-10%
Organic pigment 20-40%
Carbon black 30-100%
Storage stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
