Application Field
For the dispersion and viscosity reduction of nano inorganic powders such as alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, barium titanate and nickel powder in solvent-based systems

Key Feature
Provides steric hindrance effect to increase the solid content of slurries;
Reduces undesirable phenomena such as slurry sedimentation and flocculation;
Improves the storage stability of slurries.

Usage Method
First, add XOANONS®LD 1132B-50 dispersant into the solvent and stir evenly, then add the powder according to the formula ratio for dispersion and grinding together.

Recommended Dosage
Addition amount (as purchased), based on powder: 2-10%.
(The optimal addition amount of the dispersant needs to be determined through multiple tests due to the different types of powders.)

Storage Stability
Seal and store in a dark place. The shelf life is 24 months in the unopened original packaging. Products beyond the shelf life can be used continuously after passing inspection. Tightly seal the container immediately after use if it is not completely empty.
