Dispersion, viscosity reduction and surface coating treatment in the grinding stage of aqueous alumina
Key Feature
Provides steric hindrance effect; adding it to the slurry can significantly reduce the viscosity of aqueous alumina slurry and improve dispersion efficiency.
Alumina treated with this dispersant exhibits excellent redispersibility; the particle size of alumina after spray drying is basically consistent with that before spray drying after ultrasonic dispersion.

Usage Method
Add XOANONS®LD 1250B dispersant into water, stir to dissolve it thoroughly, then add it to the slurry according to the formula ratio for co-grinding and dispersion.

Recommended Dosage
Addition amount of the product as supplied, based on powder: 1.0-5.0%

Storage Stability
Seal and store in a dark place. The shelf life is 24 months in the unopened original packaging. Products beyond the shelf life can be used continuously after passing inspection. Tightly seal the container immediately after use if it is not completely empty.
