Application Field
For dispersion and viscosity reduction of nano materials such as alumina, zirconia and barium titanate in aqueous systems during the grinding and ceramic slurry preparation stages of production; for dispersion and viscosity reduction of graphene oxide filter cake slurry for thermal conductive films in aqueous systems.

Usage Method
Add XOANONS®LD 1232-50W dispersant into water, stir to dissolve it thoroughly, then add it to the slurry in the formulated amount for co-dispersion.

Recommended Dosage
Addition amount (as purchased), for ceramic powder: 2-10%
Addition amount (as purchased), for graphene oxide: 40-100%
(The optimal addition amount of the dispersant needs to be determined through multiple tests due to the different types of powders.)

Storage Stability
Seal and store in a dark place. The shelf life is 24 months in the unopened original packaging. Products beyond the shelf life can be used continuously after passing inspection. Tightly seal the container immediately after use if it is not completely empty.
