Application Field
Dispersion, Viscosity Reduction and Surface Coating Treatment in the Grinding Stage of Aqueous Alumina

Key Feature
Provides steric hindrance effect; adding it to the slurry can significantly reduce the viscosity of aqueous alumina slurry and improve dispersion efficiency.
Alumina treated with this dispersant has excellent redispersibility; the particle size of alumina after spray drying is basically consistent with that before spray drying after ultrasonic dispersion.
As a lipophilic dispersant, the alumina surface-treated with it can maintain good hydrophobicity in the subsequent preparation of ceramic diaphragm slurries.

Usage Method
Add XOANONS®LD 1250C dispersant into water, stir to dissolve it thoroughly, then add it to the slurry in the formulated amount for co-grinding and dispersion.

Recommended Dosage
Addition amount of the product as supplied, based on powder: 1.0-5.0%

Storage Stability
Seal and store in a dark place. The shelf life is 24 months in the unopened original packaging. Products beyond the shelf life can be used continuously after passing inspection. Tightly seal the container immediately after use if it is not completely empty.
