Application Field
Dispersion, viscosity reduction and stability of ceramic slurry and PVDF in water-based system
Property
It provides steric hindrance effect and improves the solid content of slurry.
Reduce the slurry sedimentation, flocculation and other adverse phenomena.
Help PVDF particles disperse stably in water.
Improve storage stability of slurry.
Usage Method
Add the dispersant XOANONS® LD 1217-50W to deionized water and stir thoroughly. Then, add the powder materials according to the formula dosage and proceed with dispersion and grinding.
Recommended Dosage
Addition amount (purchase form) based on powder: 2-20%.
Storage Stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
