Application Field
Suitable for dispersing various inorganic powders, conductive carbon black in solvent-based and water-based systems, as well as water-based LFP cathode slurry and secondary coating treatment of LFP recycled materials

Property
By providing steric hindrance effects, its incorporation into inorganic powder slurries and conductive carbon black can significantly reduce the viscosity of the slurries, enhance the solid content of the slurries, and improve the fluidity of the slurries;
Can reduce adverse phenomena such as slurry sedimentation and flocculation; exhibits excellent storage stability of the slurry.

Usage Method
Add XOANONS® LD 1151 dispersant to solvent or water, stir until dissolved, then add the formulated amount to the slurry for grinding and dispersion. The suitability of this dispersant for the system can be judged by the dispersed particle size and viscosity of the slurry.

Recommended Dosage
Addition rate (as supplied): 1–10% for inorganic powders;
For conductive carbon black: 80-150%;
Water-based LFP cathode slurry content: 0.1-0.5%;
LFP recycled material content: 1-5%.
Storage Stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
