Application Field
Dispersion viscosity reduction and surface coating treatment during water-based aluminum oxide grinding stage

Property
By introducing steric hindrance effects into the slurry, the viscosity of aqueous alumina slurry can be significantly reduced, thereby enhancing dispersion efficiency.
The alumina treated with this dispersant exhibits excellent re-dispersion properties. After spray drying, the alumina undergoes ultrasonic dispersion, resulting in particle size that remains essentially consistent with that prior to spray drying.
As an oleophilic dispersant, alumina treated with it maintains excellent hydrophobic properties during subsequent preparation of ceramic separator slurries.

Usage Method
Add the dispersant XOANONS® LD 1250C to water, stir thoroughly to dissolve, and then add it to the slurry according to the formula dosage for simultaneous grinding and dispersion.

Recommended Dosage
1.0–5.0% of the powder material in the supplied state.

Storage Stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
