Application Field
Slurry homogenization for LFP/LMFP/LCO cathode cells

Property
Provide steric hindrance, and it can significantly reduce the viscosity of the positive electrode slurry; improve the fluidity of the slurry;
Reduce the settlement, flocculation and other bad phenomena of slurry; improve the slurry coating processing performance, improve the yield, help reduce cost and increase efficiency;
It can increase the solid content of LFP slurry by about 4-6%; increase the solid content of LMFP slurry by about 6-8%; reduce the amount of NMP and reduce the loss in NMP recovery process to help reduce cost and increase efficiency.
Reduce the electrode sheet resistance, improve the rate charging performance, and enable fast charging capability.
Electrochemical stability: 0.1V-5.0V.

Usage Method
Method 1: Add dispersant XOANONS®LD 1128-20 to NMP at a ratio of 30:70 (XOANONS®LD 1128-20:NMP) and mix thoroughly to dissolve. Then add the solution to the slurry according to the formula and grind together for dispersion.
Method 2: After complete dissolution of PVDF, add dispersant XOANONS®LD 1128-20 and homogenize at high speed until fully dispersed. Then add other components and grind for dispersion. The system applicability of the dispersant can be judged according to the particle size and viscosity of the slurry.This product is a polymer that can partially replace adhesives. To maintain consistent energy density, the amount of PVDF binder should be recalculated based on its active ingredient content after adding the wetting dispersant.The calculation method is: PVDF dosage = (PVDF dosage without dispersant) - (dispersant dosage) × active substance content

Recommended Dosage
The added amount (purchased form) is based on
LFP / LMFP cathode material: 0.1-0.5%
The above recommended amount has little influence on the resistance, and the optimal amount should be determined by a series of tests.

Storage Stability
Sealed and stored in a dark place. Keep in the original unopened packaging for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can be used if they pass inspection. Do not use the container until it is completely empty. After use, the container must be tightly closed immediately.
