Application Field
Dispersion and viscosity reduction for carbon nanotube slurry

Property
When combined with PVP dispersed carbon nanotube slurry, it exhibits excellent wetting and viscosity reduction effects.
The dispersed carbon tube slurry exhibits good fluidity and low thixotropy.
Low volatility, with only minimal free amine volatilization even under high-temperature baking conditions.
The solvent exhibits broad compatibility.

Usage Method
Add dispersant XOANONS® LD 1144 C and PVP (recommended mixing ratio of XOANONS® LD 1144C:PVP = 1:2 to 1:4) to NMP, stir thoroughly to dissolve, then add the mixture to the slurry according to the formulation dosage and grind for dispersion. The system suitability of the dispersant can be evaluated based on the particle size and viscosity of the slurry.

Recommended Dosage
Addition amount(purchase form) for the total formula quantity: 10-50%

Storage Stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
