Properties
The dispersed nano-sized tungsten powder/ molybdenum powder exhibits excellent viscosity reduction properties, effectively preventing the re-agglomeration of nano-particles.
It is suitable for solvent-based systems.
Incorporation
First, add the dispersant XOANONS®WE-D2132R to the solvent and stir evenly. Then, add the powder according to the formulation amount and disperse and grind them together.
Suggest addition
Dosage (as purchased) for tungsten powder: 5 - 10%
Dosage (as purchased) for molybdenum powder: 2 - 4%
Storage stability
Store in a sealed container and keep away from light. The product can be stored in the unopened original packaging for 24 months. For products exceeding the storage period, they can be used continuously after passing the inspection. Before the container is completely emptied, it must be tightly closed immediately after use.
