Application system
Solvent-based conductive carbon black slurry
Properties
Excellent wetting and viscosity reduction properties for conductive carbon black (e.g., CABOT CAB - ECP).
Increases the solid content of the slurry and its storage stability. Suitable for solvent based systems.
Incorporation
Add the dispersant XOANONS®WE-D2126R to NMP, stir evenly for dissolution with a 10% solid content, and then add conductive carbon black for mixing and grinding.
Suggest addition
Dosage (as purchased), based on conductive carbon black: 20 - 100%
The above recommended dosages have little impact on resistance. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Storage stability
Store in a sealed condition and keep away from light. The product can be stored in the unopened original packaging for 24 months. For products beyond the storage period, they can be used continuously after passing inspection. Before the container is completely emptied, it must be tightly closed immediately after use.
