UV Cure

Properties
Radiation curing reactive silicone additive, excellent defoaming ability, significantly reduces the coefficient of dynamic friction and has excellent stripping effect.
Solvent-free UV matte coatings with excellent anti-graffiti effect at about 0.5% additive, recommended to be combined with 0.1% XOANONS®WE-D7220, with good levelling properties.
Particularly suitable for PVC flooring UV stain resistant formulations and reverse UV varnish primers.

Incorporation
Easy to add with pre-diluted solvent the same as that in the coating system. Can added as post-addition.

Suggest addition
Addition to total formulation 0.1-5.0%

Storage stability
Phase separation may occur during storage, but can be remixed by stirring and product properties are not affected. Store in unopened original packaging for 24 months. Products exceeding the storage period may continue to be used after satisfactory inspection. The container must be closed tightly immediately after use before it is completely empty.
