Application system
Solvent-based coating, PU/PVC synthetic leather

Properties
Improve release performance of polyurethane. Can prevent floating and shrinkage cause from uneven surface tension for new-release paper and bright release paper.
Prevent pinhole, pit and floating cause from high moisture.
Increase leveling, anti-blocking and surface slip.
Paper lines clear and full.
Extending life and usage counter, especially for fabric, deep lines and other special release paper. Increase the service life of release paper by more than twice.

Incorporation
Pre-diluted with solvent and then added before or post addition.

Suggest addition
Recommended dosage is 0.15-0.2% of the total polyurethane PU/DMF mixture.

Storage stability
Layering is normal if the product is stored at temperatures below +5°C (41°F). Store unopened in original packaging for 24 months. Products that have exceeded the storage period may continue to be used after passing inspection. The container must be closed tightly immediately after use until it is completely empty.
