Properties
●Increase slip. Improve hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
●Provide anti-marker wiping performance.
●Provide lotus effect. Water contact angle>100°
●Compared with anti-graffiti additive, better easy cleaning effect and alcohol-resistant wiping performance.
●Adding more than 2% as an additive can achieve an anti-fingerprint effect.

Storage stability
Store in a cool, dry place in the unopened original packaging for 36 months. Products that exceed the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. It must be closed immediately after use.

Remark:
1.1 NCO% of N3390=19.6, produced by Covestro, Germany.
1.2 After mixing A and B components, the storage period is 5-7 hours under the condition of a lid. Therefore, mixed materials should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it will be gelatinized and cannot be used.
1.3 Recommended baking temperature:
Paint protection film coatings: After baking at 100-130°C for 2-3 minutes, cool and rewind, and continue to mature at 60-80°C. The higher the temperature and the longer the time, the better the effect.
Note: The effect of stain resistance and chemical resistance depends on whether the coating is fully cross-linked; it is an effective way to put the surface-treated film in curing box for mature. At least 24 hours, if it can reach more than 48 hours, the effect will be better.
Other Industrial coatings: 80°C for 1 hour or 150°C for 5 minutes.

3. Add as an additive
It is added as an additive in polyester amino varnish or PU varnish (heating and baking required), which has good compatibility and anti-graffiti performance. The recommended amount is 3-5%.
