Application fields

Dispersion of solvent-type, UV system nano zirconia slurry

Main features

Provide steric hindrance, adding it to the slurry can significantly reduce the viscosity of the nano-inorganic powder slurry; improve the fluidity of the slurry;

Reduce the settling, flocculation and other undesirable phenomena of the slurry, and improve the storage stability of the slurry.

How to use

Dissolve the dispersant in the solvent and then add it to the formula solvent, stir well and then add the powder material to grind together.

Recommended dosage

Addition amount (Purchase form) Based on nano-inorganic powder materials 1-10%.

Storage stability

Sealed, store in a cool place. Keep in the original sealed packaging for 24 months after opening. Products that have exceeded the storage period may continue to be used if they pass inspection. The container must be tightly closed immediately after use, before it is completely empty.

The product may stratify or become turbid if left at temperatures below 25℃ for a long period of time. Heating and stirring will restore it and does not affect the use performance.
