It is used for the dispersion and viscosity reduction of granulation powder slurry such as water-based alumina and silicon nitride

Applications :

Water-based alumina, silicon nitride and other granulating powder slurry

Key features

Provide steric hindrance to improve the solid content of the slurry.
It has excellent wetting and viscosity reduction effect when applied to alumina granulation powder, and can prepare 70% high solid content alumina slurry.
Good compatibility with a wide range of binders.

 

How to use

dispersant XOANONS ® LD 1234 is added to water, stirred to dissolve, and then added to the slurry according to the recipe amount and ground together to disperse.

 

 

Suggested dosage

Addition amount ( purchase form ) based on powder 0.5-5.0%.

 

Storage stability

Seal and store in a dark place. Store for 24 months in its original unopened packaging. Products that have exceeded the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not completely used and must be closed immediately after use.
