Key features

It provides steric hindrance, and adding it to the slurry can significantly reduce the viscosity of conductive carbon black slurry.
improve the fluidity of the slurry; Reduce the settling, flocculation and other adverse phenomena of the slurry, and improve the storage stability of conductive carbon black slurry.

How to use

Dispersant XOANONS ® LD 1126 was added to NMP, stirred and dissolved according to 10% solids, and then added to the conductive carbon black to mix and grind.

Conductive carbon black: 20-100%

The above recommended addition amount has little effect on the resistance, and the optimal addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.

Storage stability

Seal and store in a dark place. Store for 24 months in its original unopened packaging. Products that have exceeded the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not completely used and must be closed immediately after use.

20kg (iron drum lined with aluminum plastic bag).
