Key features

Combined with PVP dispersed carbon nanotube slurry, it has excellent wetting and viscosity reduction effect.
The carbon tube slurry dispersed with it has good fluidity and low thixotropy.
Low volatility, even when baked at high temperatures, only very few free amines are volatilized.
Solvent applicability is wide.

How to use

Dispersant XOANONS ® LD 1144 C and PVP (recommended as XOANONS ® LD 1144C: PVP=1:2~1:4 ratio mixing) is added to NMP, stirred and dissolved, and then added to the slurry according to the formula amount to grind and disperse together. According to the particles and viscosity of the slurry, the system applicability of the Dispersant can be judged.

Suggested dosage

Addition amount ( purchase form ) to the full amount of the formula: 0.3-1.0%

Storage stability

Seal and store in a dark place. Store for 24 months in its original unopened packaging. Products that have exceeded the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not completely used and must be closed immediately after use.
