Application area
Dispersion and viscosity reduction of ceramic slurries such as boehmite and alumina

Key property
Provide spatial hindrance effect, increase the solid content of boehmite slurry by 5-7%, reduce costs and increase efficiency;
Reduce adverse phenomena such as sedimentation and flocculation of the slurry;
Improve the storage stability of the slurry.

Incorporation
Add Dispersant LD1132C-50 to the solvent, stir evenly, and then add the powder according to the formula to disperse and grind together.

Suggested addition
Addition amount (purchase form) for inorganic powder: 1-10%
(Due to different types of powders, the optimal amount of dispersant to be added needs to be determined through multiple experiments.)

Storage stability
Seal and store away from light. Unopened in the original package for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not fully used and unprecedented, and must be closed immediately after use.
