Provide steric hindrance, and it can significantly reduce the viscosity of the positive electrode slurry; improve the fluidity of the slurry;

It can increase the solid content of LFP slurry by about 6%; increase the solid content of LMFP slurry by about 8%; reduce the amount of NMP and reduce the loss in NMP recovery process to help reduce cost and increase efficiency.

usage method
Add to the NMP, 2:98 (XOANONS®LD 1128: NMP) Stir well and dissolve. And then add the slurry according to the formula to grind and disperse together. The system applicability of the dispersant can be judged according to the particles and viscosity of the slurry.
This product is a polymer, which can be used partially instead of adhesive. In order to maintain the consistency of energy density, the corresponding amount of binder PVDF should be recalculated according to the content of the active substance. The calculation method is:
PVDF = PVDF (without dispersant) - dispersant * active substance

Suggested dosage
The added amount (purchased form) is based on
LFP / LMFP cathode material: 0.2-0.8%
The above recommended amount has little influence on the resistance, and the optimal amount should be determined by a series of tests.

Storage stability
Seal them, and store them away from light. Unopened in the original package for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not fully used and unprecedented, and must be closed immediately after use. Pack
