Properties
● Increase slip. Improve hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
● Provide anti-marker wiping performance.
● Provide lotus effect.
● The resin is not infinitely miscible with water, it is recommended that the amount of water is less than 40% of the resin, and too much water may affect the transparency of the varnish.
● Better anti-graffiti, alcohol-resistant wiping and methyl butanone-resistant wiping performance than anti-graffiti additives. Provide oil and dirt resistant and easy to clean on the metal surface.
● It has excellent flexibility and can be used in coil coatings to meet T-bend requirements up to 0T.

Recommended formula

Construction condition
Bake at 150 ℃ for 30 min or 210℃ for 90 s. If there is a higher requirement for anti-fouling and solvent-resistant wiping, it can increase the baking temperature or prolong the baking time.

Storage stability
This product should be placed in a dark, cool and dry place. The storage temperature should be 5-35 °C, and the package should be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. It can be used after performance evaluation after more than 12 months. This product needs to be strictly protected from frost. After opening the package, it is recommended to use it all at once.
