Incorporation

Diluted with the suitable solvent first, then incorporated in grinding in order to improve the defoaming.

The container should be closed tightly before completely use up.

 

Storage

Should store in cool and dry place.

Keep intact 24 months in original package. Can continue to use after the approval test, if the product exceeds the storage time.

Dynamic surface tension

Dynamic surface tension(DST) measured with bubble tensiometer，which is a typical parameter in application (such as spraying).

It measures the surface active in the process of covering, namely, the spreading ability of additives from the solution to interface. The lower dynamic surface tension, the better leveling effect at the same time.  

 

Long/short wave

Long/short wave is measured by orange peel instrument.

LW is a comprehensive date for long wave, lower value,better long-wanve leveling;
SW is a comprehensive date for short wave, lower value,better long-wanve leveling.
