Properties
Good long-wave leveling. Prevent orange peel phenomenon.
Excellent ability of anti-cratering.
Fast leveling speed.
High temperature resistance. Could recoating.
In systems where silicone additives cannot be used, they are often used as anti-shrinkage additives.
The excellent anti-cratering effect in common UV primer, does not affect re-coating. It should be noted that it is not applicable in UV vacuum electroplating primer, which will affect re-coating.
Incorporation
Should be diluted with suitable solvent. Could be added at any stage of the production process, including post addition.
Suggest addition
Addition to total formulation 0.1-1.0%
Storage stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
