Properties
● Improve surface anti-graffiti and cleanability.
● Improve water contact angle. Excellent blocking resistance, wiping resistance from marker pen, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
● When used in two-pack system(low temperature baking) , we suggest use acrylic resin with high hydroxyl value and prolong bake time to improve anti-graffiti property. To evaluating the compatibility first before used in varnish.
● Diluted to 10-20% with xylene, then added to the system. Stir evenly.
Incorporation
Easy to add with pre-diluted solvent the same as that in the coating system. Can post-addition.
Suggest addition
Addition to total formulation 0.5-3%
Storage stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediatelyafter use.
